My name is Dr. Ian Crider. For those of you that don’t know me, I’m a physical therapist out of the Nashville, TN area who specializes in treating gymnasts and educating parents and coaches. Before becoming a PT, I was a gymnast for 16 years, even getting to compete for Springfield College for 4 years. I was also a coach, and still coach some now, for about 13 years. I’ve coached everything from beginner-level boys and girls, all the way up through lv10 and pre-elite. Now, I’ve taken all this knowledge and experience to help you all keep your gymnasts healthy, happy, and safe.
