Athlete Membership (5+ yrs)
Per Individual
$40/per season
- Athlete Form must be completed by parent/guardian and returned to the CLUB for (online) team registration
- All signed Athlete Forms must be kept on file at the club in which they are registered.
- Athlete Renewal via Parent/Guardian
- Athletes 18 yrs+
- If an athlete is turning 18 during the season they do not have to do the background, abuse or concussion screening. They can finish the season which concludes June 30th. If they continue to compete with NGA, which they can, they will need to do the certifications before they can register as an athlete for the next season.
