Dr. Ian Crider is heading our Wellness committee and leading all future endeavors to support competitive gymnastics within our programs and throughout the US! Dr. Crider has a unique reach as a former competitive gymnast and passionate proponent of happy healthy gymnastics training methods. He has put together a unique team that will be working throughout the NGA community spreading knowledge and expertise. We are excited to have him on board and super excited to provide training and education through the NGA Wellness program. Look for new and exciting programs starting in the new year!

Rebecca Grady is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis. NGA is proud to have Rebecca on our new Wellness Committee. She has worked with a variety of populations, but has a passion for working with children and adolescents experiencing crisis and trauma. She’s a former competitive high school gymnast and moved on to coaching gymnastics for 5 years.

Tyler has provided sports medicine coverage for gymnastics for 17 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees
Tyler Deuser brings a great knowledge and experience to our NGA Wellness Team. Tyler is a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Tyler has provided sports medicine coverage for gymnastics for 17 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in athletic training and exercise science, and his MBA from the University of Indianapolis. After college, Tyler trained and treated athletes of all levels from across the country at St. Vincent Sports Performance Center in Indianapolis. Tyler has worked with all levels of gymnasts including Olympic gymnasts and provided performance training and speed development for college athletes training for the NFL and NBA combines. His roles as wellness coordinator, company owner, orthotic fitter and athletic trainer have involved collaborating with physicians, patients, coaches, peer trainers and agents to provide medical care services to a variety of individuals. Tyler has delivered presentations nationwide on muscle activation, dynamic warm-ups, injury prevention and treatment methodologies which he will share with our NGA members.
Kerry Bair is a registered dietitian and a gymnastics nutrition expert. She helps competitive gymnasts level up their nutrition to stay healthy and compete at their highest potential. Kerry has 10+ years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families to improve their health and wellbeing through good eating habits. She
Kerry Bair is a registered dietitian and a gymnastics nutrition expert. She helps competitive gymnasts level up their nutrition to stay healthy and compete at their highest potential. Kerry has 10+ years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families to improve their health and wellbeing through good eating habits. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science, Public Health and Professional Youth Work as well as a master’s degree in Public Health, Health Education and Behavior Science from Rutgers University, where she was also a member of their Division 1 gymnastics team.
