Advisory Panel
Our advisory panel includes a variety of gymnastics professionals. Including past and present coaches, judges, club owners and event administrators.
We offer this program as a fresh, positive opportunity to explore men’s gymnastics in a new way.
Mission Statement
To provide a fun and affordable competitive gymnastics program that allows children of all ages and levels to achieve their own personal goals.
One Set of Rules
This competitive program offers an all optional program with different skill and level requirements for each of the ten (10) competitive levels. It is
designed to combine all levels of competitive gymnastics into one progressive program from Beginner (Skill Level 1) to College Bound (Skill Level 10) and beyond.
One Set Of Deductions
Utilizing one program for each level of competition allows for one set of deductions over the ten (10) levels offered. Having deductions that apply for all levels based on the requirements of each level will streamline the judging process.

From: NGA Men's Advisory Panel
I would like to announce the first draft of NGA Men’s Rules for Optional Routines with rules and Level requirements. I am asking the Coaching and Judging community to give feedback on these rules, as your input will be taken into consideration for the final draft. In addition, just as important is the new Team Competition Format with some exciting ideas to involve everyone at the competition. The NGA Advisory panel is looking for any positive or negative constructive input, in this way we can evaluate the information and make positive change for men’s gymnastics. Please send any comments to MNaddour@nationalgym.org We will also be setting up Zoom Calls for question and answers about the program. Look forward to hearing from you.
