HOW TO BECOME AN NGA MEN'S OFFCIAL FOR THE 2021-2022 SEASON

For the 2021-2022 Season, a judge can fulfill their membership requirements directly through NGA with NCSI and the Abuse Prevention Course, as long as a judge has a current NGJA membership and recognized rating.

An official can fulfill their membership requirements directly through NGA with NCSI and the Abuse Prevention Course if a judge has a current NGJA membership and recognized rating. To become a member of the National Gymnastics Judges Association, click HERE. To become a member of the National Gymnastics Association, click HERE. Please make sure that you register as an official. Once both requirements have been met, click HERE to register for one of the following: 

•  NGA Men’s Official’s Exam (Levels 1 through 3) 

•  NGA Men’s Official’s Exam (Levels 4 through 10) – You must successfully complete the NGA Men’s Official’s Exam (Levels 1 through 3) before proceeding to the NGA Men’s Official’s Exam (Levels 4 through 10).   http://app2.nationalgym.org/Judge.Mens

Is it possible to change the way the directions are laid out based on their status? (1) Not Registered, (2) Registered – Not Completed, and (3) Completed. If so, here’s what I would like it to say. (1) Not Registered Levels 1-3 Accreditation: Please click the “Register” button above to register for the Levels 1-3 Exam. Levels 4-10 Accreditation: Please click the “Register” button above to register for the Levels 4-10 Exam. You must successfully complete the NGA Men’s Official’s Exam (Levels 1 through 3) before proceeding to the NGA Men’s Official’s Exam (Levels 4 through 10).   (2) Registered – Not Completed Levels 1-3 Accreditation: You have successfully registered for the NGA Men’s Officials Exam (Levels 1 through 3). This exam will be on the Canvas platform. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from Canvas notifying you that you will need to register with Canvas before you can take the exam. (If you have already registered through Canvas, you will not receive an email from Canvas.) Once you receive the email from Canvas (or if you are previously registered with Canvas), please follow the instructions below to complete your profile in Canvas and access your exam. 1. To begin, click below for “Canvas – New Registration” or “Canvas – Login”. 2. If you have not done so, create a Student Canvas account. (Please use the same email address associated with your NGA account). Complete the profile with A76JE6 as the Join Code. Upon entering the exam, please read the instructions carefully. Good luck!   Levels 4-10 Accreditation: You have successfully registered for the NGA Men’s Officials Exam (Levels 4 through 10). This exam will be on the Canvas platform.
